Apex Hunting: Dynasty WR Floor Traps You Should Consider Selling Now

Apex Hunting: Dynasty WR Floor Traps You Should Consider Selling Now

If you missed it, I've started a dynasty buy/sell campaign based on upside vs. markets.

I'm using KeepTradeCut's ranks, based on crowdsourced market surveys, to determine which players are mispriced relative to their upside potential going forward, anchored in statistical indicators for future ceiling outcomes.

Last week, I tackled some WR buys – WRs who are affordable relative to their league-winning potential.

This week? The yang to the yin. The sells.

Full disclaimer? I hate doing sells. I don't love disparaging anyone, but it's important to remember that these are still great football players. Not only that, but they can actually still have a meaningful impact on your fantasy football team. My claim isn't that these players are bad at real football or even worthless for fantasy. It's that they don't have significant upside compared to their current valuation. That's it, I swear!

It is important to remember: Markets factor in many other things. If you're getting upside at a discount, that's because there's risk. High-upside players don't get sold on the cheap for no reason; they probably have unsafe floors. And just as I invited you to embrace the risk for the legendary ceiling I see in the players in that buy article, I am inviting you to take the money and run on these guys, who may provide some safety and comfort. It's never a comfortable position.

If you want some more info on how I see upside, check out the following articles, which will get you up to speed:

And now, let's dig in on some great football players you should consider letting your league-mates have.
